Adam Alladin

A professional headshot of a man with short dark hair and a beard, wearing a navy blue suit with a red striped tie.

Adam obtained his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has a decade of experience as a civil litigation lawyer specializing in personal injury claims. With a unique background, Adam has gained invaluable insight working on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury litigation, including time as in-house counsel for a large insurance company and in private practice. His experience as a former insurance defense lawyer gives him a distinct advantage in understanding how insurance companies operate, allowing him to navigate cases with a deep knowledge of their tactics and priorities.

Adam has appeared in the Alberta Court of Justice (formerly Provincial Court), Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and Alberta Court of Appeal.

Before his legal career, Adam worked as a registered nurse in various ICUs and Emergency Departments, providing him with a strong medical foundation. This healthcare background gives Adam a strategic advantage in personal injury litigation, as he possesses a unique ability to understand the medical complexities of cases and effectively advocate for clients suffering from injuries caused by the negligence of others.

Adam began his legal career as an articling student under the mentorship of David Yanko and is excited to return to the firm.
